Do I need an account to create a site?
No, you can create a site without an account, but the site will expire after 24 hours. If you want to keep it, register for an account and it will be permanent.
Are accounts free?
Yes.
Are here.now sites public or private?
By default, sites are public but URLs are random and not guessable. You can add a password so visitors must authenticate before seeing anything, or restrict a site to specific people so only invited email addresses or domains can view it.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, you can bring your own domain and publish sites on your domain.
Can I use here.now with a team?
Yes, just create a here.now workspace for your team. Teammates can publish sites into that workspace, which are visible only to other members by default. Every workspace gets its own subdomain, so workspace sites get memorable URLs like {name}.{workspace}.here.now.
Can I connect my sites to third party services?
Yes, you can add API keys from third-party services as environment variables on here.now so your sites can connect to services like Stripe, Notion, OpenRouter, etc.
Why is here.now so fast?
Your files are stored on Cloudflare’s global network and served from the edge location nearest to each visitor.
Can I host anything?
We prohibit illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, and content that exploits minors.
